Shipping costs

Within Germany we ship for free, with no minimum order value. All parcels are dispatched from Germany.

Shipping to other countries is not available at the moment.

Delivery time

Orders received on working days by 12:00 leave our warehouse the same day. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. The expected delivery date is shown on every product page and in the cart.

For a bank transfer the delivery time starts when the payment arrives.

• Pay Later via PayPal
• Bank transfer; the bank details come with the order confirmation

All prices include the statutory value added tax.

Damaged parcel

If the packaging is visibly damaged on delivery, have the courier confirm the damage where possible and write to info@konzept-living.de, ideally with a photo. We will arrange a replacement.

Returns and withdrawal

You can return unused, complete items free of charge within 30 days. Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected; the details are in the right of withdrawal.
